Having gained Development Approval for the adaptive re-use of the adjacent heritage buildings at 107-115 Sussex St, PTI was engaged by the Hemmes family to assist with the re-development the Pub known as the Slip Inn and its adjacent heritage building at 113 Sussex St.

PTI provided the architectural services thru all stages including construction to assist the family to realise their specific vision for the building.

This was a most enjoyable experience. This property became and remains one of Sydney’s most popular pubs and PTI went on to assist the Hemmes family with several other projects.
