PTI designed and gained Development Approval for this project of 65 apartments which is located in the fast-growing Rosebery/Waterloo/Green Square area. This is an area of inner Sydney that has recently seen the development of many new high-quality residential apartment projects, so it is a very competitive market, where design is highly valued.

Our approach was to design apartments that are very efficiently planned and that feature large, wide balconies that extend the internal living areas and encourage al fresco living.  Another key feature is the use of landscaping as an external façade element. These serve also to strongly link the building to the park across the road.

All together the building provides a very attractive and pleasant living environment for its residents. Our Clients are waiting for the right time to proceed with this.
