Located in a prominent location on busy Archer St in the Chatswood CBD, this project is a 5 storey mixed use boutique development. It is composed of 36 apartments over a full level medical centre over ground floor retail areas with basement parking. This was one of the first premium apartment and mixed-use developments in the heart of Chatswood.

PTI was involved in all stages of its conception, design, the gaining of approvals, documentation and construction as both Architect and Interior Designer. It was successfully completed and continues to operate successfully for its Owners.
