This was another of the Timeshare Resort properties we designed for Accor’s Timeshare division. This property is part of the Sebel Bowral Heritage Park Resort. It was designed to serve both the time-share and luxury markets ie for both Accor Vacation Club and for Accor Grand Mercure guests.

The design consisting of 26 time share apartments works to create an attractive, enjoyable and value for money property that expresses the special character of the area. It is still successful to this day.
