PTI designed this 68 apartment and retail development on the edge of the Parramatta CBD as two buildings facing each of the street frontages with a central landscaped courtyard and retail area. The idea being to create a pleasant living environment and a building that encourages its occupants to create a “community within a community”.

Our design was well received, and the project sold out in one hour. PTI then assisted the Developer and Builder though all stages of the project to its successful completion.
