This is a current project comprising residential apartments above a Childcare Centre.  This is a combination we are increasingly being asked to include in our projects as many young families are now choosing to live in established apartment precincts that have good local services and social infrastructure.  Our task here has been to design an attractive property with well planned family apartments that is economical to build and will provide an enjoyable place to live.  This has recently gained Planning Approval from Council.
