This is a current project, being residential apartments above a Childcare Centre.  This is a mix of uses we are increasingly designing as many young families are now choosing to live in established apartment precincts.  This is in such an area, our task being to design a property that can be built cost effectively to provide a good value for money product, while at the same time being an attractive and enjoyable building to live in.
