PTI has recently gained development approval for the first of these hotels, which we are now documenting for construction.

Located on one of the key major gateway sites to the Parramatta CBD, the objective is to provide two integrated mid-market properties.

A key aspect of this project has been also to significantly upgrade the public domain to provide a pleasant setting and quality outside spaces for the property as well as a significant benefit for the city.
