Designing new Co-Living environments utilising the New Generation Boarding House SEPP has been an increasing area of our work.  This being the demand in the market for good quality attractive micro-apartments is growing from singles and couples looking for a more affordable and more social alternative to the usual residential apartment building.  Through combining our skills and experience in designing both residential and hotel buildings this is an ideal building type for us.  As such we recently had a new Co-Living facility gain planning approval for this site.
