This is a current project where we are continuing to explore the design of apartment buildings that provide highly efficient apartment layouts that make best use of the available built area, with very cost effective to construct building forms, that are presented to provide a very warm and friendly, home-style living environment.  This being a development of and similar application of the design principles that we have developed from several of our previous projects including Golf House Apartments in Surry Hills and the new apartment we have designed for Aird St in Parramatta.
