This is our latest and current project in Terrigal, where we have been working almost continually on projects for the last 20+ years.  The post Covid market has seen large movements of people from the cities to quality resort areas like Terrigal, so this design responds to these changes.  As a result the design includes many larger apartments as people are moving from their houses to come to Terrigal, many still want larger living areas, also so that they can accommodate friends and family members when they come to visit and stay.  Also the scheme includes a large ground floor purpose made shared working and meeting area to further assist those who want to live and work remotely.  The project has Development Approval and documentation is underway for construction.
