PTI has designed this new apartment hotel that is located a few hundred metres from Nepean Hospital, which is one of Sydney’s largest teaching hospitals and which services much of Sydney west.

The intention of the property being to provide a facility for visiting doctors and others associated with the hospital as well as for families and friends of loved ones who are undergoing care and medical attention.  As such it caters for short, medium and longer term stays.

The design presents the facility as an attractive “home away from home” apartment building, where each apartment makes the most of its space so that guests can relax or work and both while they are staying.  This work has been part of our task in assisting our Client, who is an experienced Hotel Operator to develop their brand.

PTI has been involved in all aspects of the building, from initial design, including for the interiors, thru the various approval stages, documenting it for construction, and then assisting though construction to its completion and handover.  Even though it has only been open for a short time, it has already shown that it satisfies the key demands of the market.
