PTI was commissioned to design this major development in the early 2000s.  It was for one of the most important sites in Shanghai, a city block along Nanjing Rd West in the heart of Shanghai’s major retail area. The design was for a major integrated city retail, entertainment, commercial and residential development.  Our design gained Master Plan Planning Approval from the City Planning Authority, however with the overall local economy tightening our Client elected not to proceed with the project.  The site has since been developed by others and is now a major mixed-use development.
