The re-development of Golf House is now complete with this new Gym called Prime Strength in the ground floor retail tenancy.

Like the rest of the building, the idea has been to combine a modern industrial rawness, simplicity and clarity of expression with the dynamic and colourful character of the Surry Hills area.  Just as Surry Hills is itself a place of great energy and creative expression that rejuvenates us, so this Gym has been created to build on all these themes and to add to this vitalisation and be a positive benefit to those who live and come to the area.
