Edgecliff Apartments, Sydney39 Residential Apartments
Our task was to up-zone two adjacent sites in Edgecliff in a prominent location on Sydney’s main eastern arterial road, New South Head Road, raising both the permissible height and Floor Space Ratio.
PTI worked with the project’s Planners to successfully re-zone the land and then to gain Development Approval for 39 apartments over a ground floor retail and commercial level with basement car parking. To do this we resolved a solution where a south facing site satisfied the requirements of the Apartment Design Guide, as well as resolving a number of other key planning difficulties and heritage issues. Then we worked with Council to fine tune the scheme.
Our joint venture Client is currently resolving their plans for the site moving forward.
