PTI was engaged by Touraust to design their new concept property for the business traveller market (see separate entry for the Chifley Hotel Doveton). This property at Eastern Creek followed.

Again, the concept is to provide quality mid-market accommodation with a good food and beverage offering in a dense industrial and commercial area.

The further advantage of this site is that it is across the road from the popular Eastern Creek Raceway which has car and bike racing events all year round as well as a range of other special events.

The property continues to operate successfully and has since been expanded. It is now operating as the Alpha Hotel Eastern Creek.
