This project won Best Upgrading of an Apartment Building at the Master Builders Housing Awards for 2024 a few weeks ago.

The key reasons being the degree of difficulty in retaining the two sides walls of the existing residence while completely rebuilding the accommodation levels, and providing an additional new lower level, as well as the overall quality of the design, detailing and finish that has been achieved.

For PTI it is another example of how we work closely with a project team, using our design and documentation skills and experience to best utilise the advantages of a site and existing building to create the highest level of quality built form, environment and experience.
