This was the first of this type of property we designed. Consisting of some 27 self-contained Studio Apartments together with a communal area and a Coffee Shop, it provides a very attractive and value for money living environment for singles or 2 people of all ages.

Construction is now complete, and the feedback has been excellent. Since we gained Development Approval for this project, we have been engaged for some 6 other projects of this type.

We are ourselves very excited about this product and think it has many advantages for many sections of the market. These being the combination of affordability, quality of accommodation, the feeling of living in a community and in a safe environment.
