PTI has been pleased to be the Architect of this new Apartment development that was approved by the Land & Environment Court and has recently qualified as a HDA project.

The site is also located in the new Medical Precinct which is also very close to the main train station. .

PTI’s approach has been to design a very space efficient and cost effective property development that supports Council’s wide ranging vision for the area. We do this by providing good quality affordable accommodation, combined with a range of retail and communal landscaped and open space areas.

The objective also being to be a further stimulus for other similar projects in the area, to capitalise on and support the other new major commercial and civic developments being planned and developed for the area.
