PTI has been pleased to be the Architect of this new Apartment development that has recently been approved by the Land & Environment Court.

It is an interesting task and challenge to design a major new development in an area that has the zoning to allow a major project but is yet to have one approved and developed.

This being the market has not yet caught up with the opportunities provided by Council’s new strategic plans.

PTI’s approach has been to design a very space efficient and cost effective property development that supports Council’s wide ranging vision for the area.

We do this by providing good quality affordable accommodation, combined with a range of retail and communal landscaped and open space areas.

The objective also being to be a further stimulus for other similar projects in the area, to capitalise on and support the other new major commercial and civic developments being planned and developed in the area.
