Recently completed, this project is the rear extension of an existing residential building, comprising of 9 additional Studio apartments.

Designed under the New Generation Boarding House SEPP, it provides what are now termed internationally as “micro apartments” which are small, highly designed, self-contained living environments, ideal for 1 or 2 persons who are looking to pay for quality and design rather than space.
