This is a recently completed project located near the beach. Our task was to make the best use of a residential site which had been up-zoned to allow for apartments.

For this we designed an above ground parking level with 3 levels each housing 2 x 1 bed apartments. All apartments receive north light and are well appointed and finished.

PTI provided an integrated Architecture, Interior Design and Project Management service from concept to completion. The result is an attractive, space efficient and cost-effective product which is a successful investment.
