PTI was engaged by the Body Corporate to prepare a design and Planning Proposal application for this large CBD site.  Being some 3200sqm in area, it is one of the largest sites in the city of Parramatta, and has been classified by Council as one of the City’s “Opportunity Sites”.  Our design for some 550 apartments in two towers has a major podium retail and commercial component and basement parking.

PTI worked closely with Town Planning firm Think Planners and Council to develop the design.  Our knowledge of the area, and the issues of concern to Council, which we have learnt from other Planning Proposals and major projects in the area assisted us to develop this design.  It has now been approved by Council and also the Department of Planning and has been reported to be the tallest building approved to date in Western Sydney.
