Together with Interior Designer, the late Frank Grill, PTI designed, documented for construction and provided contract administration services for this very special eastern suburbs residence.

Using fresco artists from Florence and a level of detail seldom seen, this project was a true “labour of love” for a very special Client and so a great privilege for us to be involved with.

From the simple brief for the creation of a modern Tuscan style villa, PTI managed all aspects of the project while our Client was overseas for much of the time. The project was successfully completed.

Being the level of privacy sought by our Client, no pictures have ever been provided to any publication or the like.
