This is a current project for a new integrated Hotel and Apartment project for the Conquest Group.  This continues PTI’s work in designing properties that offer a range of accommodation types, combining different size living areas and for both short and long stays, and all with a range of shared recreation areas, facilities and services, and all being in an overall very warm, comfortable, friendly and pleasurable environment that is space efficient and cost effective to construct.  This project has recently been granted State Significant Development Approval.
