This project continues our work over the last 30 years on the NSW Central Coast.

This is a market we know well.

These 55 apartments which have recently been completed.

The project has been well received by the market and is now nearly sold out.

The apartments are a short walk to local shops and the beach and many have wonderful beach and ocean views

The apartments have been designed and built for the premium local, holiday, sea-change and retiree markets.

PTI developed the design from a previous DA Approval by others and documented the works for Construction Certificate and for Construction

We assisted our Clients who we have also worked for successfully previously through the construction and fitout of the works
