This is a current project which continues PTI’s work in designing residential apartment projects aimed specifically at the rental market.  Accordingly, the design includes a wide range of accommodation types and sizes as well as a range of communal relaxation and activities areas including for health and well-being.  The overall result being to create a place that feels for its residents like living in a very warm and friendly community focussed urban resort.
