We designed this project as a major integrated seniors living facility in the area just north of Sydney which has many such facilities.

The property consisted of accommodation including unassisted and assisted living as well as a low and high care nursing home as well as medical facilities and a range of food and beverage and recreational facilities.

The design was on a large prominent site and set all buildings within a pleasant landscaped environment. Our approach was to provide the feeling of living in a resort.

We assisted our Clients to gain Planning Approval following which our Client sold the opportunity to an experienced aged care developer.
