This is a new beach front villa resort we designed for one of the Yasawa islands as an affordable luxury product for the international market.

Composed of some 180 villas with a large central facilities building and a range of recreational areas, the idea was to provide quality and cost efficiency by using modular prefabricated construction. The project gained Planning Approval but for a number of non design related reasons the project has not commenced.
