Mollymook is a beautiful beach front resort town on the NSW South Coast. Some 3 hours’ drive from Sydney and 2 ½ hours’ drive from Canberra It has long been a popular holiday destination.

The concept was to create a holiday villa development for the family market. This was in the form of 45 villas which could also be let as 90 individual rooms.

Being close to the beach, adjacent a golf course and on a beautiful landscaped site with a rain-forest like setting, the concept had much going for it.

PTI gained Planning Approval for the project however for various commercial reasons our Clients did not proceed with the project.
