Terrigal has for many years been the premier beach resort town within 2 hours drive of Sydney.

This development known as “Aria” was some 12 years in its planning. Over this time our Clients amalgamated a number of sites to create a major development for the town.

Following the GFC our Clients changed their plans and proceeded to sell some of the portions that we had gained DA approval for, and to undertake to develop the rest in a number of smaller developments.  Two of these are shown separately on this website ~ these being 100 The Esplanade which is on the beach-front and consists of ground floor retail with apartments above and “Avanti Apartments” which is perched immediately behind but above the beachfront with some spectacular views and consists of 14 luxury apartments. Both have now been completed.
