This project won Best Upgrading of an Apartment Building at the Master Builders Housing Awards for 2024.

The key reasons being the degree of difficulty in retaining the two sides walls of the existing residence while completely rebuilding the accommodation levels, and providing an additional new lower level, as well as the overall quality of the design, detailing and finish that has been achieved.

For PTI it is another example of how we work closely with good builders that we have a long term working relationship with and the project team, using our design, documentation and project experience to make best use of the advantages of a site and existing building to create a quality built form, environment and experience for our Clients.
