This project has recently gained Development Approval.

This is the third apartment building we have designed in The Entrance and follows several apartment building we have designed and assisted our clients to construct in Terrigal and Ettalong.

From these we have a good understanding of the Central Coast market.  Particularly the Sea Change, Second Home and Holiday Apartment markets.

The design works to make best use of the available views and orientation, to provide good size family apartments and overall to provide an experience in keeping with and to enhance the relaxed, beachside character and lifestyle of The Entrance town and area.
